Here’s your guide to spa reservation, rescheduling/cancellation, usage of facilities and others.

Medical Condition

If you have any medical complication, please inform us at the time of booking. We might have to refuse treatments if we feel it is not in the best interest of the guest. (e.g. those who receive treatment, have allergies or injuries)

Our spa treatment is for those who are 16-week pregnant or longer. (Please bring written confirmation from your doctor.) However, usage of Aqua Area is not recommended due to hygiene issues.

Age restriction

We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate anyone younger than 18 years old.

For your spa usage

We reserve the right to end treatments and ask you to leave immediately if there’s inappropriate comments or misconduct towards our staff or other guests and completely prohibit your admission to the spa.

Rescheduling and cancellation of your reservation

If you would like to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please inform us by 9 pm on the day before. Same-day cancellation is subject to cancellation fee as follows;

Cancellation with minimum of 4-hour notice

No cancellation fee

Less than 4 hours prior to your appointment time

50% of treatment charge


100 % of treatment charge

Arrival Time

Please arrive at the spa reception at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you like to take your time to enjoy Aqua Area, we recommend you to arrive 45 min to 1 hour prior to your appointment time. Arriving late for your appointment will reduce your treatment time.


For spa facility use


Spa amenity is available in the locker room and Aqua Area. If you like to put your make up on after the treatment, please bring your own kit.


Please keep your valuables in the safety box in your guest room or a locker at the Front Desk or the Spa and lock up. The hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.


Smoking is not allowed in the spa premises.

Mobile phone and devices

Please turn them off in the spa premises.

For those who wear contact lenses.

We recommend you to take off contact lenses when you have a facial treatment. Disposable contact lenses case is available.

Gift vouchers and products

Gift vouchers are available at Le Spa Parisien. Vouchers can be exchanged for products or treatments and make the ideal gift for any occasion. Only cash or bank transfer is accepted for payments. When you like to use your voucher, please inform us when you make a reservation and bring it on the day of your booking. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed under any circumstances.

You can purchase products, which are used for your treatment. Unopened products can be exchanged with other products if you return them to the store with a receipt within 7 days of purchase.
