Luxury Suite
Luxury suite offers a more private ambiance making you feel as though you are receiving treatment in a Parisian residence.
The suite features a bronze bathtub with a smooth curve, crafted by artisans in Europe. This luxurious addition enhances the treatment effect and promises you a graceful moment.

Aqua Area
Take your time to relax in the Aqua Area before your treatment.
Calm your mind in the steam room, surrounded by the aromas of grapefruits and mint, and soothe your muscles in the jet bath that brings out the best treatment results.

Medical Condition
If you have any medical complication, please inform us at the time of booking. We may need to refuse treatments if we believe they are not in your best interest. (e.g. those who receive treatment, have allergies, or injuries)
Our spa treatments are available for guests who are 16 weeks pregnant or further along. (Please bring written confirmation from your doctor). However, usage of the Aqua Area is not recommended due to hygiene concerns.
Age Restriction
We regret that we are unable to accommodate anyone younger than 18 years old.
For Your Spa Usage
We reserve the right to end treatments and ask you to leave immediately if there are inappropriate comments or misconduct towards our staff or other guests. Repeated offenses may result in a permanent ban from the spa.
Reschedule or Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please inform us by 7 PM on the day before your appointment. Same-day cancellations will incur the following fees:

Treatment day: from morning to your appointment time
50% of the treatment charge
No-shows
100% of the treatment charge
Arrival Time
Please arrive at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you wish to enjoy Aqua Area, we recommend arriving 45 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time.
For Spa Facility Use
Belongings
Spa amenities are available in the locker room and Aqua Area. If you prefer to apply makeup after your treatment, please bring your own kit.
Valuables
Please keep your valuables in the safety box in your guest room or in a locker at the Front Desk or Spa. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables brought into the spa premises.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the spa premises.
Mobile Phone and Devices
Please turn off mobile phones and other electronic devices while in the spa.
For Those Wearing Contact Lenses
We recommend removing contact lenses during facial treatments. Disposable contact lens case are available.
Gift Vouchers and Products
Gift vouchers are available at Le Spa Parisien. Vouchers can be redeemed for products or treatments and make an ideal gift for any occasion. Payments can only be made by cash or bank transfer. To use your voucher, please inform us when you making a reservation and bring it on the day of your appointment. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed under any circumstances.
You can also purchase products used in your treatment.
