Terms & Conditions

The validity of Premium Spa Card value will be six months from most recent top-up date
The expiry date of the entire Premium Spa Card balance will be renewed upon each top-up, and all values will be void after six month of inactivity
If your card is stolen or lost, card reissuance fee (1,000 JPY) will apply when reissuing a new card
